At 33 years of age, Cristina Alexandra founded her own crystal therapy business for pets and animals of all shapes and sizes. A self-confessed Vegan, Spiritualist and an Accredited Scientist in Exercise, Rehabilitation & Body Biomechanics, Cristina has spent most of her adult life devoting her time to caring and advocating for those that are voiceless. Spending her years attending numerous seminars, rallies and conferences around Australia such as, Anonymous for the Voiceless, Edgar's Mission, Animals Australia and PETA; Cristina gained knowledge into animal welfare and the emotional & psychological being of these furry friends she calls ...family!
With many years dedicated to her research and a devoted believer & user in the healing and energy powers of crystals, Cristina applied these techniques to her own pets & various sanctuaries and noticed a significant change in their behaviour and general wellbeing. Where do Pet Gemz® ship to?
We currently ship Australia-wide. We offer Standard Domestic shipping, 3-5 business days.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We can provide a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can follow its journey right to your door.
Can I pick up my order?
Unfortunately, due to safety reasons, we are unable to allow public access to our warehouse premises.
Do Pet Gemz® offer FREE Shipping?
Yes, when you place an order to the value of $100 or more, you are eligible for FREE shipping within Australia.
As a goodwill gesture, we have a 7-day return and refund or exchange policy for unused and undamaged products purchased from our online store. If you change your mind or select an incorrect Gemstone, simply contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details. If you do not return the products within 7-days of delivery, or return any products in a used or damaged condition, we may refuse to give you a refund or exchange.
Your legal rights in respect of defective goods are unaffected. Refer to the ‘Contractual warranties’ and ‘Australian Consumer Law’ regulations.
Simply email our customer service team via email@example.com with your invoice/receipt details, along with a photo of the piece, the reason for exchange, and your preferred outcome. Kindly note, we can only exchange for items of the same or lesser value.
We will provide you with a returns address and once we have received your item, we will process your return and arrange the exchange for the new piece.
6 Month Warranty
In addition to your rights as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law, we also offer the following contractual warranties:
Subject to the warranty exclusions below, we offer a 6-month limited warranty against defects in materials or manufacturing defects on all of our products purchased online. We will, at our option, repair or replace products proven by our experts to be defective within 6-months after the date of purchase.
Exclusions and limitations
The above contractual warranties against defects do not cover loss, damage, breakage, changes in appearance, kinks, or the gradual degradation of all or part of the products due to: normal wear and tear (including tarnishing); accident or mishap; careless handling; improper use; alteration or substitution; use outside our care instructions; improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than us; or theft.
All orders come with a Care Instructions Card.
